We're looking for a talented individual to own the patient travel experience, analyze workflows, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. As a Care Operations Specialist, you will:

• Own patient travel at Carrum, ensuring seamless processes for patients and the organization
• Analyze travel workflows and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist with new client and provider onboarding, updating workflows as needed
• Champion standardization, simplification, and best practices across the Patient Care Team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and respond to patient travel needs
• Own processing and execution for critical patient tasks

About You: You have a strong background in the digital health space, with experience leading teams in a start-up environment that work directly with patients to improve their health. You possess:

• 2+ years of experience working with patients or end-users of digital health platforms
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and integrity
• Ability to drive change and impact in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strong data-driven and analytical skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience handling aggressive deadlines, prioritizing work, and maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA requirements)
• A "patient-first" approach, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and creative problem-solving skills
