Remote Patient Care Coordinator - Evening and Weekend Shifts

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding equipment delivery, taking orders, verifying patient information, and ensuring timely order processing. You will work closely with our team to resolve tracking issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide outstanding customer care. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe patient profiles and process orders through our online pharmacy system
• Obtain medically necessary documentation and verify orders for completeness
• Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders as needed
• Troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion when handling sensitive patient information

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
• Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must live in the US and be within 60 miles of a Rotech location
• Available to work evening and weekend shifts, including every Saturday and Sunday
