About the Role

As a Patient Care Liaison (Certified Pharmacy Technician), you'll play a vital role in empowering our customers to achieve better overall wellness and sustainability. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, processing medication requests, and collaborating with our team of seasoned pharmacists and customer experience experts to deliver seamless and personalized care.

This is a fully remote opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $21.50 per hour, depending on experience and location. You'll work Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (ET), and have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhanced Customer Engagement and Support: Provide exceptional customer support and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new customers.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, demonstrating a proactive approach to maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Streamlined Communication Coordination: Manage efficient communication with customers, pharmacists, and team members to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
  • Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows, maintain operational excellence, and ensure customer service level agreements are met.
  • Prompt Medication Services: Process medication requests with precision and promptness, balancing customer relationships with service speed and safety standards.
  • Collaborative Partnership with Pharmacies: Work closely with partner pharmacies to address customer needs, ensuring unified and efficient service delivery.
  • Adherence to Policies and Professional Development: Maintain strict compliance with Cabinet Health policies and procedures, contributing to high standards of service and continuous learning.

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy rules and regulations.
  • Top-tier writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote setting, with a computer and quiet workspace.
