Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Inbound & Outbound Member Support: Answer calls, emails, and chat messages from members seeking assistance with benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and medical device troubleshooting.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Guide members through technical challenges, ensuring they can access portals, mobile apps, and online tools without frustration.
  • Accurate Data Management: Navigate multiple internal systems to verify member information, update records, and process adjustments swiftly and securely.
