Position Overview

This is a remote, full‑time position (8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday) with a temporary‑to‑hire pathway. While you will primarily work from home, occasional visits to our University Place, WA office may be required for in‑person meetings, training sessions, or walk‑in appointments. The role offers a clear trajectory for growth into advanced participant‑services, compliance, or operations positions as you deepen your industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound participant calls with professionalism, clarity, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Guide participants through login procedures, password resets, and website navigation, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
  • Diagnose and triage complex inquiries, escalating them to the main service team when additional expertise is required.
  • Document each interaction accurately in arenaflex’s proprietary CRM system, maintaining compliance with data‑privacy standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on arenaflex’s software platforms, industry regulations, and best‑practice customer service techniques.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, helping to refine arenaflex’s participant support workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including compliance, IT, and benefits administration—to resolve participant issues holistically.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or benefits environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
  • Demonstrated comfort with technology; experience using web‑based platforms, CRM tools, and basic troubleshooting is essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
  • Willingness to travel to the University Place office for occasional in‑person engagements.
