Key Responsibilities

  • Service Management: Process wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined‑bill support, after‑hours inquiries, and prepaid service requests.
  • Sales & Retention: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets by recommending relevant upgrades, accessories, and promotional offers.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Accurately log interactions, maintain clean desk standards, and adhere to security and compliance protocols.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving technology, product releases, and arenaflex’s service enhancements to provide best‑in‑class support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams—billing, technical support, sales, and collections—to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information in plain language.
  • Proficiency with multiple computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
