Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing shipping and receiving within our system in partnership with General Manager and Supervisors, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of products.
  • Processing billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
  • Resolving any issues with billing, invoicing, shipping, and/or receiving with customers and internal management, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engaging in daily effective communication (email, phone, or in-person) with customers and internal team members and management, building strong relationships and fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Acting as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Following arenaflex corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and assisting in enforcing them when necessary, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Observing all company safety rules and assisting in enforcement as appropriate, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal team members, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Familiarity with billing and invoicing software, with the ability to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols.
