Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Hybrid at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Claim Processing and Payment Functions: Perform claim processing and payment functions on non-complex claims for multiple lines of business, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Electronic Claim File Review: Review electronic claim files for completeness and gather missing information as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Customer Communication: Make outbound calls to customers, ensuring satisfaction by responding professionally and matching their needs with arenaflex services.
  • Coverage and Claim Processing Knowledge: Develop recognition of coverages, claim processing requirements, and related data processing systems, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Insured Party Communication: Obtain appraisals and other needed information from insured parties, advising them on the proper course of action and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Record additional information into arenaflex's network, updating the electronic claim file accordingly and maintaining accurate records.
  • Caller Inquiries and Options: Interpret caller inquiries and offer options based on established guidelines, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Reserve Management and Next Steps: Set up predetermined reserves on level 1 claims and manage outbound calls to confirm next steps, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1 Year of Experience: 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Associate Degree: An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • MS Office Applications: Experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
