Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A high level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A high level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a focus on meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • A strong background in customer service, with experience in a call center or technical support role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
  • Spanish Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in Spanish

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, is also a plus.
