Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering positive customer experiences through our remote call center. You'll leverage your call center experience, customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to build strong relationships with customers, adapt quickly to change, and demonstrate grit that inspires others to strive for superior results.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and/or emails from customers
- Conduct outreach phone calls and/or emails to proactively address customer needs
- Provide outstanding customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Recognize and follow call flows with scripts, ensuring seamless customer interactions
- Research and review customer inquiries, using multiple systems to find solutions
- Relay research findings and outcomes to customers, clearly communicating solutions and next steps
- Identify and escalate appropriate issues to management, ensuring timely resolution
- Clearly document call information and encounters in call logs, maintaining accurate records
- Recognize and alert management of risk and trends, contributing to process improvements
- Quickly transition from one task to another, prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a professional demeanor, representing blithequark's values and brand
Basic Qualifications
* 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on call center environments
- 1 year of experience in utilities or health & public services, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges
- High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving
- Proficiency with computers, including experience using the internet, email via Outlook, and data entry
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience, with a strong understanding of productivity tools
- Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the internet
- Quiet and private remote work location, with minimal distractions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote call center environment, with a strong understanding of virtual communication tools
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs
- Experience with CRM software, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, with a strong understanding of risk management
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
