Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual customer service representative to join our team of customer support specialists. As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support via phone, email, and online chat. You will also be required to interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calls to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, including application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, and to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Time and task management, including multitasking and task prioritization, to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • High level of comfort learning new technology, including cloud-based enrollment tools and services
  • High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated and private workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative company
  • Spanish bilingual, with a high level of proficiency in both speaking and writing

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, including experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act

  • Previous experience in a call center environment, including experience with CRM systems and practices
  • Familiarity with cloud-based enrollment tools and services, including experience with state-based exchanges and brokers

  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
