About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of complex and strategic clients, ensuring they achieve successful outcomes in their commitments with our organization. Your primary focus will be on facilitating the post-sales implementation program, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for implementation and adoption, and helping clients develop a plan to achieve these objectives and maximize the value of our solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client health, driving adoption, monitoring solution usage, resolving reported issues, and serving as the voice of the customer for future product development plans.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients throughout the customer journey, ensuring needs are met and weaknesses are eliminated, leading to account retention and renewal.
  • Provide business insights through regular interaction and deep knowledge of the client and their business, while educating clients on the commercial value of our solutions, relationships, and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for identified Equifax accounts, typically large or high-priority ones.
  • Establish high-level relationships, offer creative ideas to enable clients to leverage all Equifax products and increase existing annual revenue.

* Requires depth and/or breadth of specialized knowledge to operate independently and provide informal leadership to others.

  • Sophisticated critical thinking skills, leading others to resolve complex problems and adopting a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
