Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch phone and chat support to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional phone and chat support to customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations

  • Work independently to resolve complex customer issues, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
