Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on apprenticeship solutions. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify new business opportunities and grow our apprenticeship portfolio
• Sell Leadership & Management training solutions, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge
• Conduct briefings for apprenticeship learners and managers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Schedule regular service meetings to provide ongoing support to clients and identify areas for growth
• Develop and produce timely business proposals, tailored to meet the needs of our clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, with a focus on building relationships and driving growth
• A track record of success in booking qualified appointments and converting leads into sales
• Experience working in or with apprenticeship training providers, highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to form connections at all levels
• A customer-orientated attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and driving customer satisfaction
• Practical skills to work independently, with the ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
• A professional, enthusiastic, organized, and driven approach to your work, with a passion for delivering results
