Medlogix, LLC, a leading provider of innovative medical claims solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry-Level) to join our team. As a remote member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the US, collaborating with our talented staff and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

In this exciting entry-level position, you will provide comprehensive support to our Acting PMO Director and interact with middle and upper-level management across the organization. Your responsibilities will include creating reports of moderate to upper-level complexity, coordinating special projects, and utilizing your analytical and administrative skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create clear, concise Business Requirements Documents and training guides for internal and external clients
• Coordinate with IT teams and Delivery Manager on project releases and post-operations/client testing signoff
• Work in a Sprint environment, collaborating with shared IT resources across multiple projects
• Analyze data using SQL server language and improve standardized best practices and service deliveries

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and dependable, with excellent documentation skills
• Expert skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Understanding of SQL server language and Sprint process knowledge (plus)

Education and Experience:

• Four-year degree or higher in medical or computer science fields
• 2+ years of previous IT Business Analyst experience
• Insurance and Claims industry experience (plus)
• Scrum experience or certification (plus)
