Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and collaborate with other departments to escalate issues as needed.
  • Monitor customer feedback and communicate trends to management, contributing to ongoing improvements in our service offerings.
  • Work closely with other departments to relay customer feedback and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills, with the flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
