Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer support team, you'll provide exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of Disney, delivering personalized and magical interactions that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Disney products and services is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a bonus.
  • Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize customer support tools.
