What We're Looking For:
If you're a motivated and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! You should:
- Be fluent in English with great communication skills
- Be proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented

- Have previous customer support experience (a plus, but not required)
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support channels
- Create tech support tickets and share customer feedback
- Escalate issues and help with daily tasks
