  • Position: Patient Support Center Representative - National Remote, a full-time (40 hours/week) opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients
  • Compensation: Competitive salary ($16.00 - $28.27 per hour) and comprehensive benefits package
  • Start Date: Immediate openings available, with 5 weeks of paid on-the-job training
  • Location: Remote, with the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S.

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Support Center Representative to join our team, providing exceptional support to patients and internal customers. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized support to ensure they receive the care they need.

In this role, you will:

  • Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating care, concern, and quality in every interaction
  • Utilize multiple systems, including Microsoft Suite, to resolve customer needs and document patient information
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including clinicians and supervisors, to resolve patient issues and improve health outcomes
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

We're looking for candidates with:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service-based role
  • 40 wpm typing speed and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a virtual environment

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience working in a virtual environment
  • Previous experience working with multiple computer screens while speaking to customers
