About the Role:

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience managing a Content Design team, with a proven track record of building successful relationships with stakeholders and team members
• Experience developing and guiding language systems, scaling strategies, and other Content Design deliverables
• Strong understanding of global products, globalization, and the gaming industry
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and drive innovation
