About the position As a Principal Product Manager at Orange Apron Media, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and execution for our innovative media solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products that resonate with our target audience. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable product requirements. Your ability to prioritize features and manage the product backlog will be crucial in delivering value to our customers and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving product initiatives from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed customer expectations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Responsibilities • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Orange Apron Media's offerings. , • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of product roadmaps. , • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. , • Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog effectively. , • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products. , • Mentor and guide junior product managers in best practices and product management methodologies. , • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Requirements • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a media or technology environment. , • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies. , • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration. , • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy. , • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes. Nice-to-haves • Experience in digital media or advertising technology. , • Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques. , • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
