Key Responsibilities • Cultivate enthusiasm and curiosity regarding our company and its offerings. • Execute top-of-the-funnel outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, to build a robust lead funnel that converts to substantial pipeline opportunities for Account Executives. • Optimize outbound prospecting efforts to meet and exceed established quotas for calls and qualified meetings. • Ensure meticulous organization and thoroughness when scheduling meetings for Account Executives to maximize attendance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development Management, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure timely and relevant outreach based on product launches and other key events. • Leverage innovative thinking to identify prospective clients and enhance existing accounts. • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to deepen your understanding of prospects and generate valuable pipeline opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of all activities in Salesforce to support operational and management teams and validate lead qualification efforts. Required Skills • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, customer service, hospitality). • A positive attitude, strong motivation, and a passion for advancing in tech sales. • Exceptional multitasking abilities and enthusiasm for managing diverse outbound and inbound strategies. • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn is advantageous but not required. • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail, with strong note-taking capabilities. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
