Hosting Platform Support Intern - IT Services

The Hosting Platform Support team within P&C IT Services is seeking an intern for the summer 2025. Responsibilities: • Server decommissioning • Add/Remove user access • Server disk management • Add/Update folder Information • Server directory changes • Server issue remediation • Technical Documentation • Assist Solution Engineers with server migrations and rehosts Qualifications: • Familiar with Windows and/or Linux Server OS • Familiar with network components, terminology, and physical connectivity • Detailed oriented and be able to document procedures • Candidate should have good communication skills (written and verbal) • Analytical and problem-solving skills, and the individual must possess a structured, methodical approach to systems administration • Ability to troubleshoot and triage Education: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT security, Networking Business Unit: Property & Casualty IT Services Benefits: Compensation varies by role, position level, and location.
