Job Description

As a Walmart Customer Care Specialist, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information in a friendly and efficient manner. Your role is crucial in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction, which are paramount to our business success. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. 3. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement. 6. Experience – A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
