As a Client Services Advisor within the arenaflex family, you will be the primary liaison between our partners, internal teams, and the end‑customers who experience our training programs. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with on‑site logistics for in‑person development opportunities at the arenaflex Resort, ensuring seamless execution of events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Facilitate and actively participate in client and internal meetings, maintaining accurate records of discussions, deadlines, and communications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee the timely and cost‑effective delivery of high‑quality products and services to clients.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, keeping projects on schedule and within scope.

Essential Qualifications
