About the Role: Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex is a vital contributor to the daily operations of our Customer Service Group. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our global customer base, promptly and efficiently addressing a wide range of customer queries via phone and email. From order entry and product availability inquiries to pricing, delivery coordination, billing questions, and issue resolution, you will ensure that every interaction reflects the professionalism and excellence that arenaflex is known for.
You will be responsible for maintaining organized, accurate customer files and accounts, and prior experience updating and managing a CRM database will be considered a strong plus. Internally, you will collaborate closely with our Logistics and Manufacturing teams to meet expected product lead times and handle service requests from customers. You will also support our field sales organization by providing technical and administrative product information and documentation to fulfill customer requirements effectively. By collaborating closely with the sales team, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure seamless customer interactions and long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries received via phone and email, covering topics such as order status, product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and billing inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns through appropriate channels, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction while escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter, track, and manage customer orders within the company’s ERP or CRM systems, maintaining data integrity and attention to detail at every step.
- Account Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date customer files, accounts, and records to support seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with Logistics, Manufacturing, and other internal departments to coordinate product lead times, fulfill service requests, and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative and technical support to the field sales organization, including the preparation and delivery of product information, documentation, and customer-specific materials.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Uphold arenaflex’s reputation for outstanding service by consistently delivering accurate, courteous, and solution-oriented support to every customer interaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve response times, and enhance the overall customer experience, sharing insights with the broader team.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary that considers an individual’s skills, experience, and competitive market value. The target base salary range for this position is $48,000 – $67,000, with placement based on experience and qualifications. Employees generally enter at the lower-to-mid-point of the range, with opportunities for growth and recognition.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include a discretionary annual bonus, incentive compensation for sales roles, comprehensive benefit plans, and paid time off, including designated holidays.
