[Remote] Majors Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zoom Communications, Inc. is seeking Majors Account Executives to engage with new leads and existing customers to sell their Zoom Workplace solutions. The role involves qualifying sales opportunities, conducting high-level discussions with executives, and managing client relationships within a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Qualifying sales opportunities and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required
- Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP Level Executives to address business needs
- Creating, deliver and manage client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
- Utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
- Upselling and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
- Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Skills
- 8+ years of Sales/Account Executive experience in a technology company
- Have experience selling UCaaS/CX solutions
- Have experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situations
- Have experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Have experience with business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills
- Have experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
- Able to travel as needed
