[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Judge Group is a company that specializes in project management within the hospitality and consumer brands sector. They are seeking a Project Manager to manage project systems, support strategic planning, and drive accountability across various brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project management systems, including Smartsheets and agile workflows, to support team organization and visibility
- Support annual strategic planning, roadmapping, milestone tracking, and priority management across the Global Brand Strategy team
- Help drive accountability and alignment across timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate and manage strategic PODs and workstreams supporting key Classics portfolio priorities
- Assist with ongoing portfolio priorities across areas such as:
- Brand positioning and experience evolution
- Food & Beverage
- Meetings & Events
- Grand Club experiences
- Service standards
- Coordinate recurring team meetings, leadership calls, and regional touchpoints across global stakeholders
- Support planning and execution of in-person leadership meetings, workshops, and team sessions
- Support internal communications tied to key brand initiatives and organizational updates
- Assist with monthly brand reporting, data consolidation, and performance tracking
- Help manage brand asset licensing and operational trackers
- Maintain and organize team SharePoint and file management systems to support collaboration and accessibility
- Support planning and coordination for major internal and external conferences and leadership events, including presentation management and logistics
- Assist with partnership coordination and cross-functional collaboration efforts tied to brand initiatives and brand activations
- Support budget tracking, invoice management, and operational reporting
- Maintain trackers and reporting tools related to project status, timelines, and team priorities
Skills
- Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands required
- Background in project management, brand strategy, brand management, marketing operations, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and project management tools
- Experience leveraging data and insights to support strategic decision-making preferred
