[Remote] Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Storm2 is representing a high-growth SaaS company focused on helping businesses reduce payment processing costs through data intelligence. The Product Manager will own the product roadmap, engage with merchants, and ensure effective execution of the payment product suite.
Responsibilities
- Own execution across the payment product suite — writing tickets, driving QA, and keeping delivery on track
- Talk directly to merchants and partners, translate what they actually need (not just what they say), and turn it into product requirements engineering can build without constant back-and-forth
- Analyze usage data to spot patterns and make prioritization calls that move the needle
- Build lightweight prototypes and internal tools using AI and modern tooling when waiting for a sprint isn't the right answer
- Bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success every day
Skills
- 6+ years in a customer-facing payments role — product, implementation, solutions engineering, or technical account management
- Deep understanding of payment processing: gateways, surcharging, ACH, tokenization
- Experience writing detailed product tickets and acceptance criteria
- Comfort with AI tooling and a strong instinct for when to trust the output
- Strong communicator who can translate merchant pain into product decisions and technical constraints into plain English
- Self-starter with high follow-through — you don't need to be managed, you need to be challenged
