arenaflex is a national telehealth company specializing in neuropsychology, the practice of diagnosis and treatment of cognitive disorders related to brain conditions like Alzheimer's, stroke, autism, and more. Our mission is to provide expert diagnosis and treatment to patients across the country, making it possible for them to receive the care they need in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services
  • Checking insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations
  • Following up with potential patients to ensure they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions
  • Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when issues arise
  • Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys
  • Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • At least 10 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support to patients and families
  • 5+ years of medical receptionist experience, including insurance verification and coordination
  • 5+ years of inbound sales experience, with a proven ability to convert leads into bookings
  • Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic about working in a customer-facing role
  • Highly flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

  • A competitive base salary of $42,000-$49,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Potential annual bonus of up to $5,000
