Our mission is to provide expert diagnosis and treatment to patients across the country, making it possible for them to receive the care they need in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services
- Checking insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations
- Following up with potential patients to ensure they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions
- Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when issues arise
- Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys
- Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager
- Collaborating with the team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- At least 10 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support to patients and families
- 5+ years of medical receptionist experience, including insurance verification and coordination
- 5+ years of inbound sales experience, with a proven ability to convert leads into bookings
- Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic about working in a customer-facing role
- Highly flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

- A competitive base salary of $42,000-$49,000 per year, depending on experience
- Potential annual bonus of up to $5,000
