Key Responsibilities:

* Provide live chat customer support to users facing technical difficulties, product issues, or account recovery through our website and social media channels.

  • Offer solutions and guidance to clients, ensuring timely and effective help.
  • Work independently, closely following provided steps and instructions to resolve customer queries.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and support.

Essential Qualifications:

* 10+ hours of availability per week to work as a Helpdesk Chat Agent.

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
