Job Overview

As a Live Chat Agent/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, issues, and feedback. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, resolving complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and support.

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to promote customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner - Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Ability to work in a remote environment, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection - Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
