  • Accurately and efficiently processing data entry tasks, including typing, data management, and administrative support
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns

  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or computer science) preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and accuracy
