Job Overview

This position is responsible for handling moderate to complex inquiries, addressing various types of policies and billing inquiries from internal or external customers in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner, and resolving service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing changes to policies. As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, incoming correspondence, and other communications sources to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Input and track customer information into the appropriate databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Remain current on new marketing campaigns to respond appropriately to marketing-related inquiries using all available resource tools.
  • Handle requests regarding customer documentation, clearly explaining documents and follow-up requirements, and providing updates as warranted.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for cross-sales and processing changes to customer policies with accuracy.
  • Employ probing questions and active listening skills to understand customer issues or questions, showing interest, compassion, and empathy for the caller's situation.
  • Ensure facilitation of first-call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled, resolving routine, complex, and unique questions or issues.

Education and Experience

We are looking for individuals with a High School Diploma or GED, although an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Preferred candidates will have 0-2 years of experience in customer service, with a Life and Health License being a plus.
