Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Tutor at arenaflex, you will:
- Provide proactive contact and guidance to families, ensuring they receive the best possible results from our online program
- Maintain regular contact with families, checking in on progress and adjusting programs where necessary
- Monitor and adjust weekly lesson plans to align with our families' goals
- Provide feedback, rewards, and encouragement to students
- Listen out for ways to support parents, updating account information, and ensuring everyone is working towards the same goals
- Respond to inbound calls from students seeking extra assistance with arenaflex content
- Utilize step-by-step solutions in the arenaflex program to focus on a positive student experience
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child's progress
- Confidence dealing with escalations in a professional manner
- Strong organization and administration skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms
- Ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of Math, ideally to grade 12
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, tutoring experience or a teaching qualification will be highly regarded, as part of your role involves giving guidance to students.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$22 per hour, based on experience. Our benefits package includes:
