Job Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with customers to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support experiences
- Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues on our platform
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Providing feedback and insights to leadership on process improvements and efficiency gains
- Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
What You'll Bring:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business, communications)
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or IT environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership
- Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
