Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with customers to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support experiences
  • Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues on our platform
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing feedback and insights to leadership on process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

What You'll Bring:

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or IT environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership
  • Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
