Senior Associate, Events Coordinator

Remote role Full-time Open position

Webster Bank is a leading commercial bank focused on serving clients and supporting communities. The Senior Events Associate will be responsible for planning and executing corporate meetings and events, managing logistics and budgets, and providing administrative support to the Marketing and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Events Team in the management Marketing and Sales events, webinars and presentations
  • Assist in planning and executing large corporate events, including venue selection, attendee RSVP tracking, and day-of logistics
  • Assist in managing vendor relationship and inventory for marketing and sales colleterial online database
  • Provide administrative and executive support for the Marketing and Sales teams
  • Provide assistance with project management and results reporting
  • Assist in communications with external vendors
  • Perform other tasks as needed

Skills

  • 1 year of event planning experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute through to completion
  • Presentation creation and editing experience
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills; detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare presentations
  • Document management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
