Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location, with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
