Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our team as Verizon FIOS Remote Sales Agents. As a key member of our Home Services Program, you will be responsible for contacting customers who are eligible for Verizon FiOS Home services and establishing new customer accounts for TV and Internet services. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact customers who are eligible for Verizon FiOS Home services and establish new customer accounts for TV and Internet services

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Verizon FiOS products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to drive sales growth and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of success

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Chrome
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Ability to pass a 7-year background check and maintain a secure and distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Home services experience, with a focus on sales and customer service

  • Strong sales skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Ability to navigate multiple web interfaces, browsers, and systems competently
  • Call Center Sales experience or Outside Sales experience, with a proven track record of success

Required Prerequisites

* Must pass a 7-year background check

  • Must have a secure and distraction-free workspace, with a hardwired internet connection and a Windows 10 or better computer
  • Must have a USB headset with microphone, mute, and noise-cancelling function
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
