Job Summary

As a Verizon Wireless Order Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing inbound sales orders by entering them into the Verizon Order Entry System (POS). You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately, while providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth. This is a remote, work-from-home position that requires a high level of computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the wireless industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound sales orders by entering them into the Verizon Order Entry System (POS)

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Verizon certifications and requirements
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure continued growth and success
• Utilize CRM Order Entry systems to manage orders and customer interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience with the Verizon Order Entry System (POS) is required

• Ambition and ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using CRM Order Entry systems
• Strong computer literacy with a high skill-set in Excel and CRM use
• Prior Verizon Wireless job experience is highly desirable
