Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Health Care modules. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of overall Oracle HCM experience, with at least 5+ years working specifically on Fusion HCM implementations and support.

This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge to provide solutions, enhancements, and production support for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM OTL & Health Care module implementations, configurations, and customizations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Provide functional support for payroll integration, timecard management, and healthcare benefits setup.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain documentation, configurations, and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration.
  • Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and ensure smooth rollout of enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM solutions with a strong focus on Fusion HCM.
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Health Care modules is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Core HR.
  • Experience with fast formulas, HCM extract, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and work on system enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
