Join the team as a Remote Insurance Agent Representative. You ll assist new and existing clients by answering inquiries, helping them select Medicare plans, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve inquiries.
• Handle high-volume inbound calls, providing support and selling Medicare products.
• Help clients choose the most suitable plans based on their needs.
• Maintain confidential records and update call logs for auditing/reporting.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
• Provide payment support and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Report feedback on customer experiences and system issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Home state Life & Health Insurance License is mandatory.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Proficient with desktop computers and Windows operating systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual team environment.
• Work from Home Setup: Reliable internet: Minimum 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload No VPN, satellite, or mobile hotspot connections
