Stability ️ Work-Life Balance Passionate Youth-Driven Team Team Building Events Competitive Salary Who You Are: We are looking for an "A-Player" experienced Writer to work across our principal YouTube channel - EYstreem; Someone experienced working within and leading a talented creative team; someone who can manage team efficiencies, workloads and deadlines; someone who knows how to inspire the audience with innovative and compelling stories. Your Responsibilities and Skills:

• Leading & Communicating: Manage deadlines and expectations for your team
• Creating efficiencies: Work closely with our leadership team, in creating efficiencies and ways of working that maximise creative juices
• Mentoring: Be the rock and the sounding board for your team, and help guide them through challenging scripts or aid them in their creativity.
• Motivate: Inspire your team through respect and experience.
• YouTube Metrics Analysis: Analyze key YouTube metrics and analytics, including AVD, CTR, Impressions, AVP, etc., to identify successful content elements and areas for improvement, informing storyboard development strategies.
• Competitor Analysis and Strategy Implementation: Study and ideate successful content storylines, styles, and strategies from competitors, integrating effective approaches into storyboard creation to enhance audience engagement.
• Feedback Implementation: Effectively identify areas of critical feedback to deliver to your team ensuring alignment with project objectives and vision.
• Direction for Production Team: Provide clear directions for Set Designers, Animators, Editors, and Actors through scripts and storyboards, guiding them to bring the envisioned content to life effectively.
• Deadline Management and Organization: Make sure your team adhere to project deadlines and maintain organisational systems to ensure timely completion of storyboard tasks, facilitating smooth project progression.
• Meeting Participation: Participate in leadership meetings to discuss storyboard progress, provide updates, and collaborate with team members to refine ideas and address any concerns or challenges.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of writing and/or leading a creative team
• Experience and understanding in YouTube Analytics and key metrics (AVD, CTR, Impressions, etc)
• Great communication and activeness.
• Ability to meet and understand deadlines.
• Experience with improving a team.
• Knowledge and understanding of Minecraft, social media and pop-culture trends.
• Worked with major competitors in this industry previously (Mr. Beast, Prestonplayz, Craftee/LogDotZip, Bionic, xNestorio, Quiff, Donibobes, etc)
• Experience in other Minecraft/YouTube industry-specific roles (Builder, Editor, Animator, Actor, etc)
