As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to arenaflex clients, resolving post-order issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients, resolving post-order issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, including phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and support effectiveness metrics
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a Windows-based environment or similar
