Key Responsibilities:

Manage billing cycles, prepare invoices, and ensure timely collections.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Generate financial reports and provide data-driven insights for management.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

Previous experience in billing, bookkeeping, or accounting (1–3 years).

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
