Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized, high-quality customer service to American Express card members via phone, chat, and secure messaging.

Answer questions about account balances, transactions, payment schedules, and reward programs.

Handle billing inquiries, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention with accuracy and empathy.

Assist customers in understanding and using American Express services and benefits.

De-escalate challenging situations and find solutions that protect both the customer and the company.

Maintain confidentiality and security standards for sensitive customer information.

Follow American Express service standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
