Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Operating the register and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
  • Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless store operations
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store performance

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets
  • Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience working in a retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a passion for promoting them to customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Experience with cash handling and operating a point-of-sale system

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with a focus on eye-hand coordination
