Job Summary

As a Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II at Arenaflex, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets, preventing shoplifting and other forms of loss, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. You will work closely with our Loss Prevention team to identify and address potential security risks, while also ensuring that our customers receive a positive and engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular store walks to identify and address potential security risks, including shoplifting and other forms of loss

  • Collaborate with the Loss Prevention team to develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with store management and colleagues to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in loss prevention and customer service
  • Maintain a high level of visibility and awareness of store operations, including inventory management and cash handling procedures
  • Identify and report any security incidents or concerns to the Loss Prevention team

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail loss prevention or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of retail security practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in retail loss prevention or a related field

  • Experience working in a multi-brand retail environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures
  • Certification in loss prevention or a related field (e.g. LPC, CPP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
