As a Customer Experience Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and providing top-notch support to address questions, concerns, and product or service issues
  • Utilizing our provided systems to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Completing a comprehensive multi-step onboarding and client certification process to prepare for customer interactions

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Residency in the United States (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing abilities
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet performance standards
  • Prior customer service or call center experience (a plus)
  • Spanish language skills (a bonus)
