What You'll Do

You will be a trusted advisor to board-level clients, guiding them through their HR transformation journeys. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Lead and manage the Advisory team within the DACH region, reporting to the EMEA Advisory Practice Leader.
  • Drive business execution, encompassing sales and delivery, to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement comprehensive HR transformation strategies and plans.
  • Provide expert advice on leveraging HR information systems and cloud technology to enhance HR effectiveness.
  • Help clients optimize their workforce, develop capabilities, and foster employee engagement through effective change management.
  • Deliver engaging workshops, events, and communications to drive adoption and value realization.
  • Transform client business processes using technology and best practices.
  • Advise on the strategic application of AI, robotic process automation, and chatbots within HR.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in securing new business wins.
  • Manage global projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop other consultants within the team.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader through publications, presentations, and industry engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

What You'll Bring

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • Proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of consulting methodologies, analysis, and process mapping.
  • Deep knowledge of how HR contributes to the success of global organizations.
  • Working knowledge of at least one leading HR Cloud system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Cornerstone).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in [Insert local language(s) here] and English.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at Director and Board levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Desirable Skills

  • Additional languages, particularly [insert other languages].
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Technology.
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Visio).
  • Experience with SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technology and its application to HR.
  • Experience applying change management principles and methodologies.
